Surah Ad Dhuha (The Forenoon) Ayat 7

وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: And find you lost (that is, unrecognized by men) and guide (them to you)?
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: And He found thee wandering, and He gave thee guidance.
  • M.Pickthall: Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)?
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: He found you lost in (His) love (and that of His people), and gave you guidance (so as to enable you help the people reach the goal),
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: And find thee in want, so He enriched thee?
