  • وَهُوَ
  • ٱلَّذِىٓ
  • أَرْسَلَ
  • ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
  • بُشْرًۢا
  • بَيْنَ
  • يَدَىْ
  • رَحْمَتِهِۦ
  • ۚ
  • وَأَنزَلْنَا
  • مِنَ
  • ٱلسَّمَآءِ
  • مَآءً
  • طَهُورًا
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: And it is He Who sends the winds as happy heralds of His mercy, and We send down from above water (also representing Divine revelation) for the purification (of the souls as well).
