  • عَلَىٰٓ
  • أَن
  • نُّبَدِّلَ
  • خَيْرًا
  • مِّنْهُمْ
  • وَمَا
  • نَحْنُ
  • بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: To change (them into) better beings than they are and that We can never be frustrated (in Our purpose).
