  • رَفِيعُ
  • ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
  • ذُو
  • ٱلْعَرْشِ
  • يُلْقِى
  • ٱلرُّوحَ
  • مِنْ
  • أَمْرِهِۦ
  • عَلَىٰ
  • مَن
  • يَشَآءُ
  • مِنْ
  • عِبَادِهِۦ
  • لِيُنذِرَ
  • يَوْمَ
  • ٱلتَّلَاقِ
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: He it is Who exalts (the people) in ranks, Lord of the Throne (of Power); He sends His revelation by His own command to such of His servants as He will (and judges as deserving), that He may warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (with the Lord).
