  • مَا
  • كَانَ
  • لِلنَّبِىِّ
  • وَٱلَّذِينَ
  • ءَامَنُوٓا۟
  • أَن
  • يَسْتَغْفِرُوا۟
  • لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ
  • وَلَوْ
  • كَانُوٓا۟
  • أُو۟لِى
  • قُرْبَىٰ
  • مِنۢ
  • بَعْدِ
  • مَا
  • تَبَيَّنَ
  • لَهُمْ
  • أَنَّهُمْ
  • أَصْحَٰبُ
  • ٱلْجَحِيمِ
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe that they should pray for protection for the polytheists (who have died without repentance) even if they be their near kinsmen, after it has become clear to them that they are the fellows of the flaming Fire.
