  • وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ

  • ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ
  • إِلَّا
  • غُرُورًا
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: He (- satan) holds out promises to them and arouses false hopes in them. But satan promises nothing but vain things to them.
