Muhammad Habib Shakir: And they say: We believe in Allah and in the messenger and we obey; then a party of them turn back after this, and these are not believers.
Abdullah Yusuf Ali: They say, "We believe in Allah and in the messenger, and we obey": but even after that, some of them turn away: they are not (really) Believers.
M.Pickthall: And they say: We believe in Allah and the messenger, and we obey; then after that a faction of them turn away. Such are not believers.
Amatul Rahmân Omer: And (some of the) people say, `We believe in Allâh and the Messenger and obey (them). But even after (professing) this a section of them (- the hypocrites) turn away. Such are no believers at all.
Maulana Mohammad Ali: We have indeed revealed clear messages. And Allah guides whom He pleases to the right way.
