Abdullah Yusuf Ali: "Or (lest) it should say: ´If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous!´-
M.Pickthall: Or should say: If Allah had but guided me I should have been among the dutiful!
Amatul Rahmân Omer: Or lest anyone (of you) should say, `If Allâh had only guided me (by force) I would of course, have been of those who became secure against evil (by fully carrying out my duties).´
