وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
And they who when they spend, are neither extravagant nor parsimonious, and (keep) between these the just mean.
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes);

And those who, when they spend, are neither prodigal nor grudging; and there is ever a firm station between the two;

And (the true servants of God are those) who, when spending, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, (but their spendings follow) a middle course, ever moderate;
