وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشْرًۢا بَيْنَ يَدَىْ رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُورًا
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
And He it is Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy; and We send down pure water from the cloud,
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,-

And He it is Who sendeth the winds, glad tidings heralding His mercy, and We send down purifying water from the sky,
Amatul Rahmân Omer:
And it is He Who sends the winds as happy heralds of His mercy, and We send down from above water (also representing Divine revelation) for the purification (of the souls as well).
Maulana Mohammad Ali:
And He it is Who made the night a covering for you, and sleep a rest, and He made the day to rise up again.
