إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلْخَلَّٰقُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
Surely your Lord is the Creator of all things, the Knowing.

For verily it is thy Lord who is the Master-Creator, knowing all things.
