Muhammad Habib Shakir: And (We sent) Lut, when he said to his people: What! do you commit indecency while you see?
Abdullah Yusuf Ali: (We also sent) Lut (as a messenger): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)?
M.Pickthall: And Lot! when he said unto his folk: Will ye commit abomination knowingly?
Amatul Rahmân Omer: And (We also sent) Lot (as a Messenger). (Recall) when he said to his people, `Do you commit obscenity while you see (the evil thereof).
Maulana Mohammad Ali: So those are their houses fallen own because they were iniquitous. Surely there is a sign in this for a people who know.
