Muhammad Habib Shakir: And of the rebellious people there were those who dived for him and did other work besides that, and We kept guard over them;
Abdullah Yusuf Ali: And of the evil ones, were some who dived for him, and did other work besides; and it was We Who guarded them.
M.Pickthall: And of the evil ones (subdued We unto him) some who dived (for pearls) for him and did other work, and We were warders unto them.
Amatul Rahmân Omer: And (We subjected to him) some of the expert deep divers who dived for him and did other (sundry) works besides that; and it was We who kept watch over them.
Maulana Mohammad Ali: And to Solomon (We subdued) the wind blowing violent, pursuing its course by His command to the land which We had blessed, and We are ever Knower of all things.
