كَلَّا ۚ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ مَدًّا
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment.
M.Pickthall:
Nay, but We shall record that which he saith and prolong for him a span of torment.
Amatul Rahmân Omer:
Indeed not. We shall certainly record what he goes on saying and We shall continue prolonging for him the punishment to a great extent.

Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent?
