وَمِن قَوْمِ مُوسَىٰٓ أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَبِهِۦ يَعْدِلُونَ
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
And of Musa´s people was a party who guided (people) with the truth, and thereby did they do justice.

Of the people of Moses there is a section who guide and do justice in the light of truth.

And of Moses´ folk there is a community who lead with truth and establish justice therewith.

There is a community among the people of Moses who guide (the people) to the truth and with it they dispense justice.
Maulana Mohammad Ali:
Say: O mankind, surely I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, of Him, Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god but He; He gives life and causes death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the Ummi Prophet who believes in Allah and His words, and follow him so that you may be guided aright.
